van egy dell e6230 laptop, amihez egy monitort csatlakozik. Hdmi-vel semmi, vga kábellel max. 1024x768 mutat a zarfy-val. 24" NEC monitior, EA244WMI full hd tud.

Szia! Sajnos már nekem is volt szerencsém ilyen nem dugd és nem játsz (non-plun-n-play) monitorhoz.

A lényeg, hogy a cvt programmal lekéred a kívánt felbontás paramétereit, majd az xrandr --addmode paranccsal létrehozod a rendszerben a felbontást és xrandr --newmode hozzáadja a rendszeredhez.
Ezek után már csak be kell lőni a felbontást az ablakkezelő programjával.
